MLB Stadiums That Never Hosted An All-Star Game

The MLB All-Star game is a summer tradition representing the best players in the National League challenging the top players in the American League. It is usually the 2^nd or 3^rd Tuesday in July with the Home Run Derby taking place the day before. With the relocation of teams and construction of brand new stadiums, some ballparks have not hosted the game yet. Here is a list of the 5 Major League Baseball stadiums yet to host the MLB All-Star Game.

5. Yankee Stadium, NYC, NY (their old stadium hosted in 2008)

4. Tropicana Field, Tampa Bay, FL (Rays have played there since 1998)

3. Citizens Bank Park, Philadelphia, PA (their old Veterans Stadium hosted in 1996)

2. Nationals Park, Washington D.C. (the Montreal Expos became the Washington Nationals in 2005 and moved into their new venue in 2008)

1. Marlins Park, Miami, FL (the Miami Marlins have only been in this park since 2012)
