If you still enjoy the sensation of flying through the air with the wind messing up your hair, then why not take a trip to your local playground for an afternoon of childlike fun? While the days of swinging on a tire or wooden swing with friends from the neighborhood may be long gone, the feeling of freedom that this activity brings is still quite attainable.
Check with your doctor if you have any concerns and then swing into action. Oh and if you feel a litle foolish, bring along a child to accompany you. You can tell the others you are just being a fun babysitter! Return to a list of "Then and Now" features.
